المقرر الدراسي، الفصل الأول : يتناول المقرر الدراسي خلال الفصل الأول نصوصا متنوعة تعتمد على اختيارات موضوعية في مجال الترجمة من اللغة الفرنسية إلى اللغة العربية تختلف حسب السياق وحسب طرق التواصل مع اعتماد منهجية تعليل الخيارات المُعتمدة خلال الدروس. بالإضافة إلى هذا النهج، سيكون التركيز أكثر على مسألة تحديد الصعوبات في النصوص المُختارة باللغة الفرنسية ومناقشة استراتيجيات الترجمة مع مراعاة المقاربات السياقية.
أهداف الدرس :
- بشكل عام، تتلخص أهداف الترجمة التعليلية في تحضير وتعزيز قدرات الطلبة، في نفس ظروف العمل الحقيقية في سوق العمل للمترجمين.
- تطوير قدرات ومهارات الطلبة حتى يتسنى لهم تعليل خياراتهم في الترجمة مع مراعاة السياقات الدلالية وتعليل وجاهة هذه الاختيارات المُستخدمة في النصوص المترجمة حسب سياقات التواصل المطروحة.
- الهدف الأسمى هو منح الطلبة كل الأدوات المُتاحة من أجل صقل مهارة تعليل الاختيارات حسب سياقات التواصل المختلفة وحسب نوعية النصوص التي ستتناول المجالات التالية : الإعلانات التجارية، البيانات الصادرة من وكالات متخصصة، نماذج من منشورات صادرة في سويسرا من الدوائر الحكومية تخص التوعية بشكل عام (التوعية من مخاطر بعض آفات المجتمعات من مُكافحة العنف الأسري والإدمان على تعاطي المخدرات وتعزيز التربية المدنية تمهيدا لمساعدة الأجانب على الاندماج الإيجابي، وكذلك مجال الطفولة، مقالات صحفية منتقاة من الجرائد والصحف السويسرية المكتوبة أصلا باللغة الفرنسية، إلى غير ذلك من المواضيع المتنوعة.
الهدف العام
إعداد الطالب إلى تجاوز صعوبات الترجمة في المجال القانوني والمؤسسي باتباع منهجية التحليل والترجمة على أساس المحاور الثلاثة التالية: مدلول المصطلح القانوني، والصياغة القانونية والبحث المرجعي وتأهيله إلى تقديم أعمال جاهزة للإخراج في الظروف المهنية العادية والعاجلة.
أهداف الدرس خلال الفصل الأول
1) الإحاطة بالنظم القانونية والفروع القانونية وما يترتب عليها من تنوع اصطلاحي ودلالي 2) والنظر في نمط النص القانوني والوظيفة الترجمية لتحديد خيارات الترجمة حسب النمط؛ 3) واستيعاب منهجية الترجمة الملائمة لكل وظيفة تواصلية (ظرف الحال)، 4) وإرشاد الطالب إلى منهجية البحث والتوثيق لفهم سياق النص ومتطلبات ترجمته
منهجية العمل (Méthode de travail)
تعتمد منهجية العمل على أسلوب التحضير لمناقشة الخيارات الترجمية بعد البحث والمقارنة بين القوانين وفروع القانون وأنماط النصوص. وتتناول المنهجية في بعض المحاضرات الترجمة دون تحضير لكسب الثقة لدى الطالب وتنمية سرعة البديهة والاعتماد على الذاكرة. ويكون العمل فرديا يركز على تعزيز القدرات اللغوية والتوثيقية واستغلالها في الترجمة، أو جماعيا يركز على تبادل الأفكار والتعليل. وتستعمل خلال الحصة وسائل مختلفة لتلقين المادة منها الحاسوب والعرض على الشاشة والعرض الشفوي والبحث المباشر وتوزيع المطبوعات.
تقييم نهاية الفصل (Examen)
امتحان كتابي لمدة ساعتين (2 ساعة)، طول النص: 300 كلمة. إضافة إلى تقييم مستمر خلال الفصل عن طريق الامتحان التجريبي (30%) /العمل التطبيقي

This course will attempt to cover key economic subjects, moving from macroeconomic to microeconomic issues. Stronger focus will be placed during this term on financial issues.
Rather than being a tutorial in economics proper, this course is an endeavour to understand, from a linguist's standpoint, the key concepts in this knowledge area, but also the main writing techniques and distinctive features of the economic discourse.
The material will be drawn from a wide variety of sources ranging from magazine articles to publications of central banks, companies, or international organizations. Students will be encouraged to do their own research and share their findings with the rest of the class.
At the end of this course, students should be able to translate, with fair confidence, different types of economic texts that come their way, whether expository or persuasive. They shall have decent knowledge of the constituent elements of the economic discourse and a broad understanding of most common economic terminology.

This course will attempt to cover key legal subjects, including, but not limited to treaty law and the international human rights law. Rather than being a tutorial in legal studies proper, this course is an endeavour to understand, from a linguist's standpoint, the key concepts in this knowledge area, but also the main writing techniques and distinctive features of the legal discourse. The material will be drawn from a wide variety of sources ranging from magazine articles to publications of international organizations. Students will be encouraged to do their own research and share their findings with the rest of the class.
At the end of this course, students should be able to translate, with fair confidence, different types of legal texts that come their way.. They shall have decent knowledge of the constituent elements of the legal discourse and a broad understanding of most common legal terminology.

Ce cours propose par le biais d'exercices pratiques:
- de découvrir les principaux modèles de stratégies de communication et d'étudier leurs processus d'élaboration.
- d'acquérir les outils rédactionnels (outils de référence et de documentation et normes linguistiques appropriées) permettant de rédiger différents types de textes spécialisés dans une langue adaptée, claire e cohérente.
- de développer la pratique de la rédaction à partir d'une réflexion sur la langue (terminologie), la norme et le style adaptés aux exigences professionnelles.

Objectifs : Se familiariser avec les problèmes et la méthodologie de la traduction juridique et institutionnelle, selon les besoins propres au couple de langues considéré.
Descriptif : Introduction méthodologique et pratique à la traduction de documents reflétant les matières du droit, les types de textes et les contextes institutionnels que le traducteur professionnel est susceptible de rencontrer dans le couple de langues considéré.
Compétences visées : Connaissance des normes et standards qui s’appliquent à la traduction juridique ; définition et évaluation des problèmes de traduction et capacité de trouver des solutions appropriées ; définition des étapes et des stratégies de traduction d’un document juridique ou administratif ; capacité de justifier ses choix et ses décisions de traduction ; capacité de comprendre les conventions des genres juridiques et administratifs ; capacité d’extraire, de traiter et de rechercher des informations pertinentes pour le travail de traduction ; développement de ses connaissances dans le domaine juridique.
Modalités d’évaluation : Examen écrit (durée : 2 heures ; longueur du texte : environ 300 mots) ; travail de séminaire facultatif (voir Plan d'études).
