This course gives an overview of bioinformatics applied
to the analysis and integration of - omics data, especially in the
context of understanding the biological role of proteins.
The course
includes regular hands-on practise of relevant bioinformatics tools through the development of individual projects (personal and collective
homework).
Practical work also involves scientific article reading and presenting.
