Enrolment options

This course provides an introduction to the study of economic inequality and a focus on one of its main political correlates: the domestic source of revenues. The first part of the course aims to familiarize students with what economic inequality is, how it is measured and current trends in inequality. The second part will explore the relationship between different sources of country revenues (taxes, resource rents, etc.) and various economic
and political outcomes, including inequality.
