Anglais - Sciences biomédicales

This English course is tailored for students enroled in the Bachelor in Biomedical sciences, at the B2 level who aim to solidify their English proficiency and progress towards achieving the TOEFL C1 certification. The course is intensive, focusing on refining advanced communication skills, with a particular emphasis on oral fluency and accuracy in real-life biomedical contexts. Students will engage in complex task-based activities, such as case studies, debates, and in-depth discussions on topics like laboratory reports, genetics and medicine, stem cell research, developing new drugs, and animal testing. TOEFL preparation will be rigorous, with a strong focus on mastering the exam format and achieving a high level of performance through extensive online practice and drill exams. Students will regularly be assigned homework to complement and practice what has been studied in class. The course is designed to ensure that students are fully prepared to achieve the TOEFL C1 certification by the end of the Bachelor in Biomedical sciences.
