Building on the strategies introduced in BTM0231, translation from
French into English of contracts and deeds of sale, insurance and
tax-related texts, texts dealing with the law of persons, and company
law (non-exhaustive list). Miscellaneous theoretical points arising
from the material will be presented and discussed in class, always from a
translation perspective.
The course is designed for
mother-tongue speakers of English ONLY. Do not attempt this course
unless you have successfully completed Part 1 offered in the autumn.
