The objective of the course is to introduce current research topics in quantum information, quantum optics and quantum materials. The fundamental notions developed in the courses “Quantum Information”, “Quantum Light and Matter” and “Quantum Materials I” will be applied to ongoing theoretical and experimental research in quantum science and information. This will be accomplished by an analysis of scientific literature performed and presented directly by the students.
The evaluation of the course is by means of an oral exam based on the discussion of scientific literature.
