This course provides participants with advanced training in cutting-edge MRI techniques for neuroimaging research. Each session integrates comprehensive theoretical instruction with practical hands-on experience using leading analysis tools, such as SPM, fMRIprep, and FSL. Participants will delve into advanced methodologies, including functional MRI, diffusion imaging, morphometry, etc., with a strong focus on mastering every stage of the fMRI analysis pipeline.
Hands-on sessions will include work with both graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and scripting (e.g. Python and MATLAB), empowering participants to confidently apply these methods to their own research projects. The course also explores advanced topics such as connectivity analysis and other state-of-the-art approaches, providing a robust toolkit for designing and executing sophisticated MRI studies.
In this way, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to effectively oversee every stage of the MRI process, from acquisition to final statistical analysis.
