This course focuses on regression models, with the goal:
- To understand mediation, effect modification and confounding in a causal framework
- To apply this knowledge to the critical appraisal of scientific papers
- To know appropriate data visualization technique to illustrate mediation and effect modification
- To apply simple and complex regression methods, including local regression/spline, and missing data imputation, with the R software
