Composition (Academic and Critical Writing Skills)
Students will need to learn the conventions of academic writing, since these are a vital contribution to the grade of their written work. Active participation in class and further study and assignments at home are required.
An attestation certifying satisfactory completion of this course is required for completion of the BA1 module.
Required texts:
(1) A textbook (Rules for Writers, 10th edition) that will be sold in class. Please have the exact amount (38 francs) with you on the first day of classes: Wednesday 25 September (groups 1 and 2) and Friday 27 September (groups 3 and 4).
(2) A print on-demand reader. To order a copy
