These seminars tackle a large variety of topics in the field of experimental particle physics, following the scientific questions of the moment. Every two weeks, a physicist is invited, usually from abroad, to present their field of research in a concise way, accessible to the non-specialist.
Each seminar lasts about 50 minutes. It is followed by the questions from the audience and then by an informal discussion with the speaker. Seminars are generally given in English, and represent a good example of high level scientific communication.
