Welcome to the University of Geneva’s International Organizations MBA, a unique program to educate and empower a new generation of change makers for careers in international organizations (IOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and non-profit organizations (NPOs).

Located in the heart of Geneva, in proximity to the United Nations and other prestigious international institutions, the IO-MBA offers a multidisciplinary curriculum taught by an international faculty from leading universities around the world and practitioners from IOs and NGOs.

The program is designed to provide first-class management education which balances theory and practical application. Its flexible structure allows a full-time or part-time MBA, as well as a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) and Certificate of Advance Studies (CAS).

The program connects the organizations’ context with contemporary management tools and techniques. We provide access to the United Nations and many other organizations in Geneva and expose students to the latest theoretical and applied knowledge combined with state-of-the-art teaching methodologies. A small class size provides an intimate study experience and personal interaction with faculty members and high-profile invited speakers. As part of the learning experience, participants apply their acquired skills directly in relevant professional settings, during a internship or a consultancy.

Through a vibrant and active International Organizations MBA Alumni Association, students have access to our graduates of over 200 alumni working in diverse sectors in international development, including business, government, NGOs and social entreprise.

We believe that the International Organizations MBA will provide the environment in which you can develop your skills, acquire new knowledge, and explore the range of possibilities that international organizations have to offer.

Our students arrive from all over the globe with a passion to change the world, and leave with the tools to make it happen.
